Our group of Japanese will be going to Rakiura Track next week on 2024/11/29. We want to see kiwi birds. Can you tell us where we can find kiwi birds?

@ very cool! We woke up early (5:00am) and walked up the track with our head torches set on red light. You can also sometimes see them around town in the early hours of the morning. Very cool!! Enjoy your trip.

@@RosieWalks1 Thank you for the info. We also get up early and walk with red cellophane on our lights. We'd be happy if we could see a kiwi.
