Quick solution lang sa delaying pag bluetooth mode, reset nyo lang hold fn+backspace then reconnect uli. Karaniwang nangyayare to pagka unplug from wired mode. Hehe sana makatulong.

i ended up settling for a second-hand RK61 my dad found for 1500php. it came with extra custom keycaps and a set of gateron milky yellows. best deal at the time. it's been three months since the purchase and i do miss the dedicated arrow keys. :( might still go for a 65% keeb when i get the chance

I just got mine recently, I think they had upgraded the firmware regarding the bluetooth issue, coz I'm not experiencing the delay / lag when using the bluetooth. I wouldn't advise using the bluetooth on FPS gaming though since any bluetooth connection is actually slower compared to the wired connection (which has the 1000 polling rate). Sinimulan ko na rin mag mod, I modded the stabilizers kasi yung nakuha ko is red switches and modding it sounds and feel better, for now stabilizers lang muna kasi tamad pa ako magbaklas ng keyboard. heheheh

Tbh, i haven't used it. I don't use such softwares to avoid getting infected by malwares. I'm not saying that rakk software have malwares but for me its better not to install rather than risking my machine getting it. I always do this in all of my peripherals.

@@AfterReviews I finally figured it out, I tried using another cable to connect my pc and keyboard but the problem was that I didn't realize that the bluetooth mode should off the whole time. So I tried it again but the bluetooth mode was off but the cable that was included in the box couldn't connect the keeb. I tried again but with a different cable that I use for my phone and it worked! Thanks for replying and giving out the needed information especially in a video that was made a while ago.

Hello, you can use it via wired mode(plugging in the cable) or bluetooth. If you're using a desktop, you might need a dongle. If laptop, no need to buy a dongle bcos most laptops have bt installed in it. Unfortunately, there were some reported issues when using a dongle(checkout the comment section).

I just bought this, theres a problem with bluetooth mode, and seems like other people have noticed it too. In bluetooth mode, your first key stroke after 5 seconds idle, will not register, that is too short to be "sleep problem". I should have bought the lam ang lite instead if i cant use bluetooth :(

In our testing, we've experienced some delays too. In the video, we've showed it in 6:04 part of the video. I think the best way you could do is sell the keyboard if you really don't want it anymore. Or maybe, you can contact the support team of Rakk and claim the warranty.

I've been using this keyboard for quite some time now and I've found a fix on this without having any delays nor unregistered key stroke on idle while on Bluetooth mode. In my case, after I connect the keyboard through Bluetooth, I put the computer on sleep without turning off the keyboard. This time the keyboard will enter standby while in bluetooth and disconnects from your pc. When you wake your pc, press any key on the keyboard for it to automatically connect to your pc and that's it. No more unregistered keystroke after a few seconds of idle. I think this is some kind of bug on the keyboard but I hope this helps.

apparently, the keeb doesn't have a printscreen btn so we need to use the windows shortcut keys. If you're using mac, command + shift + 4 will do.

Actually, nasubukan ko siya before isaksak sa wall outlet. Kumuha lang ako ng adpater na usb dun ko kinabit. Nagcharge naman siya ang di ko lang sure is kung tatagal un battery kapag ganun way icharge.

Wala nakaindicate sa keyboard eh. I mean walang print screen key. Most probably dahil sa layout nya na 65%. If you're on Windows, try to use yung snipping tool nalang.

Don't buy this KB!!!!! I'm having trouble with key roll-overs AKA Ghost-Keys wireless or not still same issue. when you are pressing W, A, S or D. E/Q/Esc/Z/X/C won't work if you press it at the same time. you gonna have to press the non-working keys twice sometimes trice to make it work which is a really huge deal on on almost all games specially fps and moba games. some people say's clean your KB. i started noticing the issue on the first 3 days having it.

Natry nyo po ba iconnect kahit sa smart phone nyo po? Actually, madami nagcocomment nga na hirap sila sa bluetooth dongle. Or baka press po ang ginagaqa nyo? Kelangan nyo po kasi press plus hold un fn + P. Kapag blinking na un P, dapat madetect na un.

iplug nyo po un cable sa type c port nya and ikabit nyo po sa comupter nyo. Make sure po na naka-off un bluetooth switch sa ilalim.

@@AfterReviews yes po, tinry ko. Yung led na nasa bottom naka lit up ng red. Yung switch sa likod is naka turn off(X) pero hindi naglalight yung keyboard and any keys hindi nagreregister. Gusto ko sanang i refund pero hirap na

i-on nyo po muna yun bluetooth switch nya sa ilalim then i-on nyo din un bluetooth ng pagkokonektan na device. Pindutin nyo po sa keyboard un fn +P para madetect ng computer nyo po. Pag nadetect na, piniliin nyo lang po un rakk pluma then click lng ng next.

Walang kwenta to. Nag mimiss ng key strokes to. Pag tumigil ka mag type kahit less than 20 secs e yung first key stroke mo e hindi mag reregister. Kahit ano pa yang pinindut mo. Kaya naging ugali ko na double press yung key ko. Parang nakakatulog yung keyboard. Never gonna buy a Rakk Keyboard again.
