らくだと散歩 (テルミン版) Take a walk with a Camel (on the Theremin)

暑い日にお昼寝をしてると・・・熱風とともにらくだがやって来る。 散歩に行こうと誘いに。
さて、今日はどこへ行く？
キャラバンと果てしなく続く砂漠を渡ろうか、オアシスの街の市場へお買い物・・・ほら、鈴の音が聞こえてきた。
数ある山本準作品の中でも特に好きな曲です。
元は1980年代の古い曲だそうで、1990年代にNiftyのFMIDIORGにMIDIデータとして投稿され、その後2002年に販売した手焼きのＣＤのなかの一曲となりました。
タイトルはわたしが勝手にらくだのリズムを感じて付けました。 らくだに乗ってというよりは一緒に歩く感じです。 作曲者本人のイメージとは全然違うそうですが。
大好きだけどテルミンで弾くのは難しいかなと思ってきたのですが、今なら弾ける気がして。
元のSC-88VL用のMIDIデータを譲り受け、Cakewalk(旧 SONAR)で編集し直してアイデアを足して、Etherwave テルミンで多重録音しました。
動画がいろいろと有り得ないことになっていますが、お昼寝ファンタジーということでw

この曲は古いです。おそらく1989年頃に作った曲です。 「なにか自分にとってはとても大事なことがあって、でもそれはうまく行かなかった日の午後、空はとっても晴れていてお日様がさんさんと輝いている」といった気分の曲なんですが、「らくだと散歩している曲だ」と言い続けた人がいたので、ついに作曲者本人も根負けして「やっぱりらくだの曲だろうか」と思うにいたっております。 オリジナルは、当時EpsonのEquity IIという8086ベースのPC(米国で買ったPC-DOS機)で使っていたVoyetra Sequencer Plusというシーケンサーを使い、YAMAHA DX-7やエレピ、リズムマシーンRX-11あたりをMIDIで駆動して演奏していたものです。 Voyetraのデータはその後SMFに変換し、あとはCakewalkでRoland SC-88VL用に再構成したと思います。今回はそのデータをさらに三毛子が別の音源も駆使してアレンジしたものになっています。

This song is one of my favorites among the many works of Jun Yamamoto.
It was originally an old song from the 1980s, submitted as MIDI data to Nifty's FMIDIORG in the 1990s, and later became one of the songs on a home-made CD sold in 2002.
The title of the song was given by me, as I felt the rhythm of a camel. It is more like walking with a camel than riding on it. I heard that the composer's image is totally different from mine.
I love this song, but I have been thinking that it would be difficult to play it on the Theremin, but I think I can play it now.
I took the original MIDI data for the SC88, re-edited it in Cakewalk (formerly SONAR), added some ideas, and made a multiple recording with Etherwave Theremin.
The video is all sorts of irrational, but it is a nap fantasy.

This song is old. I wrote this song probably around 1989. It's a song about a feeling of "there was something very important to me, but it didn't go well, but the sky is very clear and the sun is shining brightly on the afternoon of the day.”
The original song was written on a sequencer called Voyetra Sequencer Plus on an Epson Equity II 8086-based PC (PC-DOS machine bought in the U.S.), driving through MIDI, Yamaha DX-7, Korg P-3, a rhythm machine (Yamaha RX-11), etc. The Voyetra data was then converted to SMF, and I reconstructed it for the Roland SC-88VL using Cakewalk (DAW).
This time, the data has been further arranged by Miquette with the help of other sound modules.
