You say position to yourself but a lot of times you position yourself on the line instead of 2 steps behind it. Isn't behind the line a better position while defending?

Good question! For the overhead you should position yourself close to the line. In this video after every lob Gabo plays, he steps forward and if he defends low, he stays back.
