Fair play. I think you're aiming at the more mature player audience. What I notice with 50 / 60 year old players is they basically stand at the back and hit it at each other rather than play it into the gaps that slow old people cant cover. Its so important to take the net. What can we do to get old people moving?

Thanks for the comment and I agree it doesn’t matter what your age is you should be moving through the serve to the net which is what I teach all my students whatever their age. Older players need to practice moving earlier and slower, if they get lobbed there is ample time - also they are more likely to lob from a lob rather than be aggressive. However, someone who is 40+ will never be as mobile as someone in their 20s, which is the reason tennis players and sports people tend to retire in their 30's yes even Federer (eventually) Some people in their 50's + are more mobile than others and generally I see people getting back a good level.of fitness the more they play. There are competitions for all age groups and you wouldn't put an over 50's team in an over 30's comp. But the main draw of padel, is it's easy to play, it's fun and it's social and for many older players that's all the reason they need to enjoy playing and getting fitter and healthier and if they can achieve all of that whilst having fun? Then I don't think that's such a bad deal.

Can I serve easy ball, what i mean is when ball jumps right after the nett.. when everyone expects normal serve, but sometimes to trick opponent make weak serve, is it legit? Cause some says it is not allowed. Thansk
