RallyLegend 2017 Sunday' Show & Burnouts w/ Sébastien Loeb, Thierry Neuville & More!

Yesterday the 2017 RallyLegend 2017 of San Marino took place entirely on "The Legend" show special stage, a little circuit inside an industrial area with lots of bumps, some dirt and jump. Lots of burnouts and action stimulated by the presence of many world rally champions and legends such as Sebastien Loeb, Miki Biasion, Petter Solberg, Sebastien Ogier and many others who gathered for the Colin McRae Tribute in memory of the Scottish driver who died 10 years ago.

masterzh it is because of Performance (smaller cars = faster handling) and model policy of the manufacturers

The olds cars were Gr.B. After fatals accidents, they were to dangerous because of their speed. They have been banned. (Sorry for eventuals mistakes, I'm French :) ).

hashrulsubzero the gc8's always had a tight fit on the rear wheels.. but hes locking back wheels with handbrake to control drift entering corner ;)

The one that I mention isn't exactly a GC8. The Legacy has got it's own chassis code called the BC5 (BC was used to label the chassic code for sedans, 5 was used to label the type of engine and drivetrain it has which is 2.0-liter 4WD) When that happened, it look like he was slowing down before he enters the corner. The rear wheel shouldn't end up like that after the jump. Maybe the rim size is too big for that car? Pretty sure all the Group A cars had that exact or similar tarmac setup when the cars are equipped with a large tarmac spec wheel (tyres and rim) and stiff suspension setup. I remember watching a lot of amjayes Group A video and I was watching how the wheel look like when the cars takes the bump or jump. I was wondering when things like I mention with a timestamp would happen.

hashrulsubzero true, its not the gc8 but the model before the gc8 similar lines but very diferent cars! I stand corrected.. also after reviewing the clip, you are right! Imediately after he lands the jump the wheel does get stuck for a second there, then it releases and he locks them with handbrake to make the slide! So my bad :)
