Drew shows great sensitivity and restraint as an interviewer, you can see her raise a hand and start to interrupt Ralph at various times during the interview to ask a question or raise a point but as soon as she senses he is groping for the words in a train of thought to make a point she stops herself and let's him finish instead of trying to force a conversation to move forward. I'm impressed.
