I’ve been around many alcoholics and addicts in my life. I can tell what level of sobriety some, not all, but some people just by looking and hearing them. Ralph is not 100% sober here. Obviously, not drunk, but not completely sober here. He has taken some pills before this stream. One of the key ways to tell is the speed of his speech and a hint of a slur starting. We don't know exactly what happened. We do know that he lost his wallet and phone at a Mexican beach within the past week or two. There's no evidence that he was beaten.
