One of the best shows I have ever seen (and I have seen most of the greats before they were even famous) was Ralphie May near the end of his life. He was in a wheelchair and I bought some of this BBQ sauce that went to his rescue dog fund. That show was one of the best things I have ever seen. He was so full of energy and life, it was amazing. I will never forget it.

"When I was a kid, my grandmother taught me how to crochet and how to quilt, and that's kind of how I do an act. I have one-liners, I have dirty jokes, but I also have long stories that are 10 or 20 minutes long and the laughs come every eight seconds. It's a different set. And it's a different life than most people have led."
