As someone who was born and raised in New Orleans, I'm glad to find this video. I like pork skins and crackling a lot but now that I'm in my 40's, I've come to a place in my life where I like everything made from scratch and homemade. I've been looking for a recipe that was easy and simple and this is it. Thank you.😊

Ralph you've got to spill it - Are you a professional Chef?? This is an awesome receta de chicharrones - oops sorry I'm here in South Texas! This is exactly the perfect technique to teach folks how to make this dish. Whatever we call it where we live it is a dish-snack-garnish that's used all over the Americas and Europe. And you executed it perfectly using 'everyday' ingredients and kitchen tools. The way that you teach ingredients, technique, and skill is very easy to understand for the home cook but you are also (covertly?) Teaching some really 'chefy' technique as well. And all in just a few minutes!!?? 99.999% of the folks in the world can not do what you do. So keep on doing it!! Mr. Bingle is proud of you!!
