Looks AWESOME installed on my Limited, everyone that hops in my truck is super impressed. No more boring plain interior especially at night where the ambient lights make it look like Im in a high end lounge in Vegas. BIG shoutout to Anson and his commitment to providing an EXCELLENT experience during the whole process, he answered all my questions and guided me via the phone when i had questions. Also made me realize how useful the hot glue guns are. Glues on super firm but when i had to peel off to readjust it didn't leave any residue or marks.

Agreed I just did an install on my limited. I am curious did you remove the existing ambient lighting ? I ended up removing the doors one. What did you do?

@@Livinlife2 i removed the door ones too and replaced it with the new ones, the original ones were dim and bland anyways

@@boothexperts3117 yeah that is also what I did. I used the oem led holder so it shines into the glass tube in the bottom door pocket. It came out great

I just installed this ambient lighting kit and I have to say, it is absolutely AMAZING!!! Anson was great to deal with and he provided awesome customer service! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this lighting kit! It was exactly what I was looking for. I have only had it installed a few days and everyone that gets in my truck complements me!! Just a couple of things to help others out on the install. For the door panel blade lights, pull down and outward (toward the backside of the panel) to help separate the gap that the light slides into. Also, have a circuit tester on hand to find the correct wire for the power source in the rear doors.

@@Livinlife2 Install took about 10 hours. Not too difficult, just time consuming as I made sure everything was done correctly and neatly. I didn’t rush it. The end product was well worth it!!

Hi, thank you! The kit will work with in the 2014 Laramie however light locations will be different due to the different door card layout from the DS and DT models.

Thank you, we believe it wont be a problem as the interior facelift is mainly the screen and gauge cluster, Door cards and structural mounts remain unchanged. looks super cool man, but if I had a suggestion I would try using a screen trim tool the pushes the rubber trim that holds screens in home windows the roller and slot might help to push these into tight seams just an idea

I have a 2022 RAM 1500 Lone Star (DT)...with a 12" Uconnect 5 screen...I have one of the "magic boxes"...and my particular one has the ability to control various types of Bluetooth enabled hardware, such as your ambient lighting system...but I can only install apps via a link...not a QR code...so...does your kit app have a downloadable link? I know I could control the app via my phone...but I like controlling all of my app on the 12" screen.
