I barely started to practice meditation a few months ago. Usually, I listen to Ram Dass or Alan Watts. Sometimes I feel bad that they're gone. Last night Ram Dass appeared in one of my dreams. I think I was somewhere in public with my mom, saw him and told her "look mom that's my meditation teacher!". Maybe I'll see Alan next. 😅

I am so deeply grateful to Ram Dass and the Be Here Now network for sharing this light. I have studied meditation and spirituality for many years, but it never clicked. It clicked intellectually but I never felt "IT". Ram Dass' words and spirit were the key that unlocked this part of me so that I could see and experience the infinite in me. And I have never looked back. His teachings are so profound yet accessible; he and I have shared many conversations since then. The message that always resonates with my intuitive heart is that working on yourself is the best way to serve others. For me that has meant more love, more compassion and more gratitude, and less attachment in all aspects of my life. Beautiful.

Great meditation! If you are familiar with Maharaji (Neem Karoli Baba) try also Ram Dass's "Love" meditation. If you are not familiar with Maharaji, read Ram Dass's book "Miracle of Love" and then try his "Love" meditation.

Curious i can repeat a a montra listen to rom das and also still have a thought pass by Ive been repeating one his montas this morning I have watched him and all his videos going back before i was born I see the changes in him A couple years before his death i see no egotistical aura left He gad always admitted to his having this problem I saw ut in us eyes snd aura in dome interviews on a talk show in the 70s You can see it in his eyes when he is sitting next to a swami on a talk show Ine if his favorite swamis and they were asked to be in a major talk show in the USA i did see what he spoke of still left because he was a bit full if himself still and I do nit mind saying so because he admitted to it himself and i gave struggled with it myself But at the end i just see light and acceptance in his eyes at first i was jarred by seeing his frality but i think he wanted the stroke and i think he got the kast piece he really needed Fir him he wws able to go to Hawaii and i sort of did not like that because he had always preached he could be happy anyplace but picked a paradise to die in surrounded by people that lived him and fed his spirit So i 🤔 tup must be nice in Maui surrounded by inspirational people Not so easy for others in a dence non spiritual area searching gor a community to ve a part if but he needed that stroke i think he even realized it and he was indeed full of love before he passed I at times think it was easier for him he had the means the money to travel I could only dream of getting ti go to India and he was blessed with a sharp mind to be a college graduate ect ect so i think his stroke he needed absolutely The talk show was on Bill Bogs in the 70s i eas just born at the time and he was egotistical absolutely The swami with him was a bit less i actually enjoyed the swami more at that time than ram das But after and at many other times he certainly showed he had spirituality progressed and i remember him admitting ti this and i appreciate him doing so and its why i trust and respect his teachings
