Remarkable video Ravi. Throughly enjoying these. Wanted to ask you about creating SOPs. We’re at around $20k/mo now and feel like we’re still learning something at every new campaign launch. At which point do you actually plant your flag and start creating SOPs?

create as you go, and keep refining. doesn’t need to be perfect, keep refining as you go. and when you do get it perfect, so will your SOP. Also will be a good way to track progressions.

@@ariajanesar1407 appreciate your input! What tool do you use to create / store SOPs. We use Notion. Is there something better? Would also be curious what kind of automations could be tied into a campaign launch SOP, like notifies a member of the team of completion so they could review

@oliverdrab What you’re changing is typically smaller aspects of larger strategies. Almost as soon as I learned about SOPs I started creating them. I’d start with what is more concrete and work your way to the more variable things!
