I was working in a large company up until recently in sales, the company is new but the founder is also the founder of one of the largest mortgage brokers in US, and this new company is expected to swallow the real estate industry. So similar thing. Base salary was 50k, and if you performed well, and hit all quotas you would end up with bare minimum 100k, with the average laying around 150k, and that’s as a sales rep.
