You should do ASMR videos where you talk about things. You have the perfect setup for it, both microphone and voice. Calming dim lights too.

If you like Interstellar then you would love Enter the Void, Triangle, Coherence and Primer. And you're like me, very introverted, I'm not a big fan of socializing either, I can only talk to people who are on a similar wave length as me..

I know people often promote things on the internet, but I'm being extremely genuine. Wherever you live there should be a peace organization called Soka Gakkai international. They're truly a great support of kind people who will only show compassion and can help in anyway

I want to watch that movie! Good luck with SSI, I have it now and its a pain to get but helps a ton. For me I just brought a box of paper work from docs and such. I have dystonia from my meds...its like the Parkinson's symtoms but benadryl is what I take for it. I started Thorazine and love it compared to Saphris and all the others. My dx's are sczoaffective, ect ect. Your videos help a lot.

I'm with Duloxetin, I have depression and anxiety, I'm on therapy now, I don't suffer from esquizofrenia, but I feel kinda related with your symptoms, one step at time :) congrats (I'm sorry for my English) love Rick and Morty too :3

So would you only recommend seroquel for really "hard" cases only? It seems kinda hard the sideeffects you're getting. Im taking quetiapin at the moment, which is basically the same? And trying to figure out the right dosage for me. I got diagnosed with Schizoaffective disorder, but im not getting any hallucinations or anything like that. And im kinda afraid to keep taking them.

I've had different experiences with psychitrists, I usually don't like the pill pusher ones, because the stuff they put people on has different effects on people, some of them preach sobriety, but there they are pushing pills on everyone so they can make their money. I actually have an allergy to scheduled medications and my doctors told me with my body, you don't want me on that stuff because it locks up my jaw, and on top of it I become more depressed, and anxious, it even makes me want to go out and drink, not good, so I can see were people don't trust them, oddly enough though I've met a few that actually inspired me to study criminal law and psychology, for some reason it helped get my mind on track, it keeps me in a routine, I don't know what I want to do yet, but I do know that having an education helps me act more responsible for some reason, I have my crazy moments I've been in hospitals too, but usually if I try to avoid getting drunk, I'm pretty normal compared to some people I've met.

What about live commenting a movie you watch while your audience can stream along. As already recommended in a comment, Primer would be an interesting candidate. It is a wonderfully obscure movie. As a biopic My Left Foot might be interesting (for watching, less for commenting).

I can't get my boyfriend/ex to take his medicine, which is seroquel. He has severe psychotic episodes that became dangerous towards me. Is there any way or anything I can do or say to get him motivated or understand he needs to take it and see a therapist. He hears awful stuff thinking it's me and it just got worst and worst. Breaks my heart cause we planned to get married and I had to leave. I want to be back w/him, but due to his physical actions I can't 'til he takes his medicine and he just won't. I am broken and ask for any advice

Its likely severe anxiety, weed can trigger it but its not permanent. The more you keep checking up on that feeling the longer it will take to go away, just chill and it will leave itself. Anxiety feeds on worrying thoughts.

I am new to your channel and haven't watched many of your videos, so please forgive me if my initial assumptions about you or this community are wrong. I do like your vibe and what you are doing, so as a fellow "crazy" person, I will pitch my two cents... John Nash, Albert Einstein, Wolfgang Mozart, any genius in general. They all view the world in a unique way that "normal" people don't comprehend. Try and differentiate between "genius" and managed "insanity". Your brain is wired differently from what society wants it to be. Do you ever feel smarter than your psychiatrist? Maybe wayyyyyyyy smarter? Do you ever feel dumber after taking the medication they seem to force you to take? Not to mention those lovely side effects! The psychiatric system has diagnosed you with an "illness" and has convinced you that you are "broken". It is trying to force you back into their box. Perhaps it is society that is insane and people like you who are sane. Don't force yourself (or let them force you) into a paradigm that you are not wired to match. Create your own paradigm. You seem to have embraced the scientific method based on your shirt. Be a true scientist and explore the other side of the coin western science disregards. In my experience, the truth is between the poles. Avoid extremes in whatever form they manifest. There is a vast swath of existence that our traditional senses leave out. It is estimated that 96% (Google it) of the universe is unknown to modern science. Just look at the electromagnetic spectrum and the tiny piece of it considered "visible light". Our perception is not only limited by what we can see. There is infrasound and ultrasound, dark matter and dark energy, as well as many other dimensions and planes of existence described in ancient texts since the dawn of recorded human history. Similar concepts are also described by string theorists, quantum physicists and other leading edge scientists over the last century and up to today. Check out "The Kybalion" by Three Initiates if you haven't already. I personally read the "Ramayana" and "Mahabharata" back to back right after. I've also looked into the lives and experiences of Ben Franklin, Albert Einstein, Krishna, the Buddha, Socrates, Mozart, Steve Jobs and many other geniuses from both modern and ancient times. There are fascinating correlations between what they've experienced and the "symptoms" of mental "Illness". The psychiatric medication system tries to convince you that you are broken and calm the ocean of your brain with chemicals to force you back into being "normal". Instead, learn to surf and see where the waves take you. Medication is an easy bandaid solution, but true mastery of your mind is a long, tough and often trippy journey that is fully worth the effort. However, medication may help you focus at the beginning of your path, much like how LSD can help a "normal" person "wake up". It helped me. I am off it now and have been off it for a while. However, as I was titrating off, I established a meditation based spiritual practice (to focus my formerly disorganised mind), healthy diet (including some meat) and plenty of physical excercise. The main obstacle is staying grounded to this reality. I am by no means perfect myself, but with dedication, meditation and spiritual discipline, I have become a decent mental surfer/alchemist. Sure I still get swamped now and again, but I get back up on my board and catch the next wave. Life is not supposed to be routine and "normal". It is a wavy colourful tapestry comprised of endless spectrums of experience. Don't try to be "normal". BE YOU.

You said in your video that you don't like talking about yourself, to for example a psychiatrist, because you think it's boring. Could it also have to do with paranoia? That you don't like it if people around you (in daily life, not YT) know too much about you? By the way, I didn't think you were rambling ;)
