I like the ramen from this shop, especially their mayu tonkotsu ramen.

This brand is one the earlier ramen shops before Nagi and Ippudo opened here. It used to be good but I have not eaten there in years. I think they adjusted the menu to be more affordable that's why the chasu is paper thin. Might try it again soon. Keep these videos coming!

i'd eat soup ahead too if others are not available for some reason. esp if oily. cold/room temp/lukewarm soup is terrible

huuuuummm thats good question! hopefully someday own Ramen shop,, but Ramen here in the philippines is already doing very good similer to Japanese taste! so I want to do for some other Japanese food to show real Japan food!!! to make it WOW! and actually SOOOON COMING!!!
