Soup is so rich it looks like it can build it's own ramen shop lol. But yeah this ramen looks a lot like Mendokoro's Tonkotsu ramen except the noodles in Tsukemen are thin while the noodles in Mendokoro are thick. Char siu almost looks similar too. Lovin the ramen review as always! Also, it would have been nice if you can order extra noodles to add to your ramen so that the salty soup will not go to waste lol :D

that's weird because i usually eat this exact ramen but in the powerplant branch - and it doesn't look like that at all. I think something went wrong with your order.
