At 12:52, in Telangana we call it "Ragi Java". It is a type of porridge you can say made with ragi. It is really healthy. You can mix it with curd or buttermilk and drink. We also eat it with onions and some pickle as side dish.

15:28 For the reference it's not green chutney...basically it's a mix of ginger,garlic,green chillies which are grinded into a paste which is mixed with the buttermilk...(like just put as much as you want into the buttermilk and mix it with a spoon and then drink it...) So when the mixture is added and mixed we call it "MASALA MAJJIGE" in kannada!! Hope this helps❤

The sweet potato which you ate is palmyra fruit or sprout which is steamed and then it has to be eaten. The next one the drink which u covered it that is ragi (pearl millet)porridge in which they add curd ,raw onion ,small pieces of raw mango which gives crunchy ness and enhances the taste. It reduces the body heat. Thank you for bieng experimental and respecting our culture.❤❤
