For all sceptics who doubted Alter Mann wasn't played nowhere but in Amsterdam. There you go and enjoy! I finally had time to make a rip out of this DVD. Be happy, folks!
Rammstein performed the concert at Düsseldorf on May 15th with Alter Mann included on their set list

So, the full footage of Alter Mann in Dusseldorf is out there somewhere. Where did the DVD company clip the original footage from? Someone should make a DVD of all their old performances.

perhaps the complete footage is owned by the TV company which made this whole interview. it's also possible that the footage is owned by Rammstein..just to be released later

how many times do I need to make this clear? Alter Mann was performed in Vienna 1996, Amsterdam 1997 and in Düsseldorf on 15th of May. The band returned to Düsseldorf on 23.10.1997 but they didn't perform Alter Mann this time anymore. Any questions?

Alter Mann was played in Amsterdam 98 and in Vienna 96, in Alter Mann wasn't played in Düsseldorf 97
