Yep, is fake. Till would never put in dangerous the crowd, but actually he is in fire. You should React Rammstein-Rammstein live or “Wollt ihr das Bett in Flammen Sehen?” Live in Paris. Another good songs are Sehnsucht, Du Riechst so gut, Heirate Mich and Bestrafe Mich, of course live.

Yep. It was a stunt actor who was made to look like a member of the audience. Under his clothes, I've been told that he was wearing a fireproof suit.

@@photonpilot__ Probably just like any stunt-prep for a body burn. Fireproof suit (same used for racing), thick clothes and water-gel to get a heat-block. If you look at people who've done it, they'll tell that the gel makes you feel so cold you're WAITING to be set on fire to warm up.

Yeah, I remember way back in 2005 when they played at a summer festival in my town they had a massive, specially built stage brought with them and all because of the effects they use. Another band was playing on the stage earlier that day and they had to stop the performance short because of a thunderstorm -- the stage could handle fire but it was apparently also extra dangerous if a bolt of lightning happened to strike it. I mean, not that playing on a massive metal contraption in a thunderstorm would be exactly safe even under normal circumstances. :D

The guy who runs on stage is (obviously) a stuntman, with the full equipment (fireproof clothes, water gel, etc). When he drops in a PERFECT T-pose to be extinguished you can kinda tell. The first guy with the red blanket probably wore protective gear also, since Til at one point re-ignites the stunt guy, shooting right towards the man with the blanket.

5:00 That was *SO* cute and innocent, when you stopped the video at that specific frame. "No big special effect so far" - and Till was already standing next to the gas pump, and I knew what would happen next. Honestly, Detrucci, you created something like the "It was at this moment, when Nathan knew..."-meme-like situation there. I love it!. Edit: I forgot to mention that this "fan" being burnd was an expert stuntman very familiar with firestunts, he was part of the show.Rammstein is always ready to shock people, but they avoid hurting people for real.

Another part of their sense of humour. Even if you know it because you saw it before it's always strange when you see a guy coming on the stage to dance and being fired. I think when they did it for the first gig, a lot of people in the crowd was stunned. But hey...let's be honest: First: the security team must be 100 times more strong than any show from any band with all those fireworks. Second: who would be crazy enough to risk his own life to do it? Every fan knows Rammstein stage is full of dangerous things.

Setting the stuntman on fire is actually a really good deterrent for would-be stage crashers. There are pyrotechnics *everywhere* and if you run on that stage, you're literally risking your life and other people's lives.

If you watch literally the last seconds of the video, you can just briefly see the guy who was on fire running from the back to the front of the stage and waving his hands at the audience. There are only 3 seconds at the very end, between the 07:29 and 07:32 minute.
