Ramon, another stunning piece ! the contrast between the Wenge and Walnut was a good choice, your design and craftsmanship is outstanding, the detail in the drawers and your design elements is what makes your work unique.

Thanks a ton! This was such a fun (but very challenging) project for me. Of course, after we’re finished with a project it never seems as though it was difficult initially. I love that growth! Anyway, much thanks.

I'm new to your channel and am very impressed. I'm really enjoying these videos on marquetry and am learning a lot. I always wondered how it was done. I'm a finish carpenter by trade for over 35 yrs now and woodworker on the side for about 45 yrs. But never learned how to do this. Thanks for sharing. . . Oh, and everything about this piece is absolutely beautiful.

Thanks a ton. When I first started making this…I had no idea how to pull it off. It needed to be accurate or would look horrible! Pleased with the results!

Stunning! It's a great video how you present the processes you go through to achieve such a fantastic result. It's a work of art, I'm sure your client was blown away. Just a thought here Ramon, maybe stick your about the workshop here and there.

As always, there were so many good tips in this video. I love how you achieved that 3/32" reveal around each door. That was a great solution. I love this piece!! Thanks for another great video, Ramon.
@ramonartful3 жыл бұрын
Thanks David! I’ve seen the reveal style a lot…but it’s always with solid wood. It changes…and I just couldn’t have that! 😬

PDF? Maybe you mean ebook? I have most of the footage. Just needs edited. So much to do always! My ebook on magnets will probably come out first

@@ramonartful yeah ebook for hidden. Videos would be good but that's a book I don't see on amazon or anywhere. On doing hidden xyz style clasps enclosures and such. Magnets ebook sounds good too.

Great to watch the whole process, quality stuff. How long did it take you to make the whole cabinet?
@ramonartful Жыл бұрын
Thanks a ton! I worked on it on and off. It was quite involved with a lot of detail work. I recorded hours…if I remember correctly it was about 110. That certainly doesn’t include the hours of thought before I went to sleep 😆
