Upstairs 2022 1.5 ton Goodman heat pump Starting up and shutting down in Cool Mode!

Hey guys this is the upstairs unit that belongs too the house with the 2016 3 ton Amana package heat pump for downstairs, Starting up and shutting down in cool mode!
Recorded 5/11/24 around 7:40 PM when it was still around 70 degrees
