I got like 230+ mods running - but I'll post the main ones in the description that are actually making a difference in what you're seeing.

@@ZiusRHI added them now, the main visual ones are GITS 3.X, and the Nova Cam reshade. There are also a bit of blood and gore mods, and stuff to make blood and bullet holes last longer, and the SWSC mod to let you customize specific weapon fire rates, and damages (why my Pulsar rifle is spraying so fast)

Didn't realize people would care about the FPS, its set to the 24 standard - if I can figure out how to change it in Davinci, I'll re-upload it at 60.
