Most likely K's since he's holding two blockers to AK. I think, because rampage didn't click it back again preflop he kept some of Q's in his range so betting on the river for value is safe because there aren't many bluffs if the opponent over shoves so you just fold.

Completely agree with Rampage’s thinking the whole way. As to river action, the 8 is essentially a blank. What Ts can the opponent really have that would 5B? TT would be really ambitious. ATs? Maybe but he blocks 2 combos. So I think you go for value again. 1/2 pot targeting KK and if the opponent has a queen or JJ, he should be raising

Rampage says the opponent has 13k left after flop. Given the 5-bet was already 3k, and there were some additional value from other players before, I would consider ripping AA. Given the flop scenario: There are no more Suited AQ combo left, as Rampage blocks s and d while the board blocks h and c. The opponent's likely bluff of AQs is now banished. Regarding the opponent range is definitely consists of AKs (2 combo), QQ (1 combo), JJ (3 combos), KK (6 combos), and some AKo (6 combos, as Rampage blocks the other 6). So we are in theory ahead of 14 hands, counting all the AKo has gone for the 5-bet preflop, but we might discount some saying we are ahead in theory 12 hands, say. We are crushed by 4 combos, so checking is fine. Turn 9 of Hearts. Opponent AKhh hand now become a huge draw with potential reverse implied odds. He can justify calling the 1/4 pot bet, as he has a zillion outs (or cards he thinks it is good for him). He sometimes be slowplaying his QQ, as there is no point in raising other than targeting JJ exactly. He also sometimes playing KK like this as 1500 is a perfect amount to call with implied odds as T and K helps him. He would be folding AKcc, he would be raising w/ JJ targetting any Q or KK+. River 8. Givent the play up untill this point it is pretty much a brick. Rampage mentions Opp having a T, but I would highly discount that given the play before. ATs has only 2 combos, and ATo preflop is highly unlikely to call. TT would also fold pre. ATs especially AThh would be a great hand to bluff on the flop or on the turn by raising, but we missed that, so I think the 8 is a brick. I personally as I play against recreational players would go for the blocker-bet/fold version. Opponents on lower stakes would NEVER go for a raise not even with AQ. only with better. And they would never have the guts to bluff with AKhh or such.

I think a $3000 bet on the river is about perfect. Checking would invite a bluff, as would a very small bet. I don't think AK or any 10 is going to raise a $3000 bet here with all the full houses possible.

I bet small and I'm ready to fold to a raise and CALL a shove. I the first case Villain is clearly slowplaying trips or full house, in the second case Villain could be turning a Jack or pocket tens into a bluff. 🤔

Netherless, may i ask if that a world where click back 6 000$ preflop is better ? If the vilain got only 13 000 he will have a huge lay down to make ( the dead money + 25% of his stack). Given the preflop 5 bet, I believe there would only be either QQ or AQs that we are losing to on the flop. Looking at the suits there is only 1 possible combo of QQ left and no AQs left. I like your analysis of not having any 10s in his range as villain made the 5 bet. Any JJ, KQs would most likely have called the 4 bet as they are IP. The check on the flop and bet sizings on the turn and river are fine imo but I'd check the river just to get to showdown.

its 100% a shove imo once your opponent 5bets for 3k hes pretty much committed just get it in even if hes bluffing you're making 3k which is huge thats like 60bb

dang, i just lost 4 hours of profit and solid play in my last session because I overplayed my Aces on a wet board. Lesson learned. I shoved and opponent turned his set. Had I just raised 4x i may have been able to get away after he called (or raised).

i'd think the ak's easily most likely part of his range including that river fold to that small bet size. or a very good (here anyway) fold if kk's. but the way this hand was played, it's HORRIBLY exploitative to fold kings to somebody like rampage on the river for this sizing. the way this hand was played rampage could have all sorts of ax of hearts (making ak with 1 heart an easier fold, esp if the ah), that river sizing only trying to get rid of basically ANY part of song's range. for these sizings rampage i'd think could have aj pretty easily too.

i don't know rampage enough, song would it sounds like. it's possible rampage never throws out super small river block bets OOP as bluffs though. but i'm betting he does (he's so aggro others will be very aggro vs him and should likely) that being the case ak is in a bad river spot, likely mostly folding even to this sizing.

So, QQJ98 w Aces. Sorry but a measly Q or 10 wins the hand. K/10 is possible. QJ is possible, hitting a boat on the flop. Pocket Js, 9s, or 8s is certainly possible. .... I don't want to say he played the Aces wrong because it may have been in his strategy to play them this way. .... so he needs to make a decision on the River. It should be an easy decision. (Fold) So the way I woulda played it, I woulda hit the flop hard and made my next plays from that w a strong possibility that I check the Turn. Let's see how wrong I am. Time to watch the video!!! Rampage says villain is good friend so lots of history, villain min click 5 bets to 3k, possibly willing to fold if rampage shoves, given a 5 bet and 6 bet, both players much more likely to have pairs, given the board neither player can beat pocket 8s 9s 10s Js Qs rampage beats only kings, he should check fold, as played, if he checks, the opponent checks back with kings and isn't bluffing with any hand as rampage has all pairs 8s through AAs in his range, rampage left money on the table by not 6 betting

Terribly played honestly. I think we wanna 6bet this always, because villain has exactly KK here like 80% of the time if not more and I don't believe that most people would be capeable of folding KK pre vs rampage
