nope. their horns and neck muscles are adapted to this. Plus their brains have whats called a "bubble wrap effect". so like additional blood is going to the brains’ vascular tree. It slows blood going fron the head to the body so it protects the brain, kinda like "suspends" the brain from impacts. A woodpecker banging its head away is a another example.
