They were lined up in shotgun formation. You don't spike in shotgun. If they thought he was spiking it, then the blame falls on both the line and Murray. The line's gotta know what plays they're running, and at the same time, Murray has to be able to effectively communicate these to the team. The two penalties at the end also did them no favors. This loss is on the whole team, really.

Perhaps the best game I've seen Matthew Stafford play. His precision and touch were off the charts most of this game. This game was a demonstration of why the Rams went out and got Stafford, OBJ, Sony Michel and Von Miller.

He choked most of the time. He's not a consistent player. Had the Cardinals scored that touchdown at the end zone in the first minute of 1st quarter that turned into an interception, it might have been a different game that you'll see in Stafford. He'll be down 10-0 and that's when you'll see him making mistakes.

For those who don't know, that was brilliant by obj when he caught that pass at 13:53 and went backwards out of bounds. When you go outta bounds going backwards the clock will continue to run. The fact that he had the presence of mind to do that is incredible.

As a lifelong suffering Detroit Lions Fan, that’s the best I have ever seen Stafford play. Such incredibly accurate throws under great pressure. He was 0-17 against teams 5 games above .500, so this has been a huge breakthrough game for him. Good for him and you rams fans.. I’m rewatching this game rn and WOWWWWW!!!!!! Some of the throws stafford was making were ridiculous. This game was their signature win for the regular season last year. Early in the 4th stafford was like 20 for 26 with 3 td’s basically a perfect passer rating. And kupp was catching everything he had like 15 catches

Stafford to Kupp reminds me so much of Brady to Edelman. They link up on such important plays and Kupp can be relied on to take catches under loads of pressure and he gains yards after the catch on so many plays. It's great to watch such well drilled plays.

Since the kicking team recovered (again the Cards), it was now their ball. Now had the Rams recovered that onside kick then they can take the couple knees to close out the game. Hope I explained it in good enough detail for you. 😊😊

The Cardinals run defense has been ranked in the High 20s and low 30s all season long. It didn't make sense why teams didn't run the ball on them. The Rams needed to run the ball and they did so successfully enough to open up the play action game. Great win for the Rams. - Eagles Fan

It was entertaining to see the Cards rally back but I feel this is a part of their game they have to improve if they are going to be one of the last teams standing in January. Kyler Murray is surprisingly 1 of the BEST TACKLING QBs I've ever seen..! Being 5foot 9 tackling linebackers and Defensive Ends... Rewatch those first 2 INTs and watch him tackle and the size of those carrying the ball

Of the three teams currently 10-3 in the NFL, the Rams have beaten two of them (Packers being the only one they didn't).
