Ramzan Special Crispy Chicken Strips Recipe,Make and Freeze Ramadan Recipes 2024,Iftar Recipes
Crispy chicken strips are a delightful and flavorful dish that’s loved by many. These golden-brown, crunchy chicken tenders are perfect for snacking, appetizers, or even as a main course. Here is recipe for making crispy chicken strips:
Marinade Preparation:
Chicken strips : complete chicken breast
Garlic powder : 1 tsp
Ginger powder : 1/2 tsp
White chili powder : 1 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Red chili powder : 1 tsp
Soya sauce : 1 tbsp
Vinegar : 1 tbsp
Now rest it for 2 hour
Flour Mixture:
All purpose flour : 2 cup
Garlic powder : 1/2 tsp
White chili powder : 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Corn flour : 2 tbsp
Assembling:
Eggs: 2, Flour mixture and bread crumbs
Now coat chicken strips with flour
Coat it with eggs
Now you can freeze it in to the freezer for 2 to 3 weeks
Frying:
Heat up oil on medium flame
Flame : medium low
Total frying time : 10 to 12 minutes
Turn side after 2 minutes
