If you actually paid more attention to them the ex on here is for the streets along with her husband, but one thing I always hate is massive amounts of exposition and they did that in spades instead of us seeing the process of the MCs relationship we have to hear it being told to us what happened. I would rather dealt with that than dealing with a bunch of scenes of the ex trying to prove how better her life is 7/10

Fate of Miki: Miki stopped stalking Go and Sena for some time, but her stalking resumed once they moved out to the new house. One day, the couple decided to go on honeymoon vacation. Miki tried to break in, but the neighbors caught sight of her and called the cops. She was arrested for trespassing and had to be retained in jail until Goh and Sena came back from their trip so that they can decide to whether or not press charges. They met at the police station and decided not to press charges. However, she was issued a restraining order which resulted in her parents profoundly apologizing for her daughter's behavior and taking her away to the countryside, where she will be living with relatives, working under the strictest of supervisions to make sure she doesn't flee and also pays her debts from the lawsuits as well. Fate of Miki's now ex-husband: He was indeed transfered to a dead-end position in the middle of nowhere and couldn't take it anymore, so he quit. He couldn't get a new job in the same industry, so he went back to his parents house, but they gave him an ultimatum: either he works part time jobs to pay his debts or he's out of the house. He opted for the former option, since his huge ego has already been destroyed beyond repair. It turns out he had a history of looking down on his classmates, and now his former classmates are the ones laughing at him.

Afterwards: Miki and her now ex-husband got a huge fight in the park and were droved away by the cops and later they divorced. Miki's ex-husband got laid off on disciplinary grounds for unappropriated behavior in the company (he was pushing his job to others and taking credit from their achievements) and soon he got caught by shark loans due of his outstanding debts. His current whereabouts are unknown but no one else cares about someone like him any hows. As for Miki she started barging at Go and Sena's house almost daily begging Go to take her back, but by her misfortune Go and Sena moved to another town and she doesn't know where they're going. Drowning in debts due of her overspending habits then she return to her parents house but after sometime doing nothing but leech off them, they finally lost their patience with Miki after she took some money without her parents permission and they kicked her out of the house. Now she's not only homeless and jobless but also is having to running her life away from debt collectors day and night. "Damn it! Why did this happened?! 😭😫 It's all Go's fault! If he had taken me back I wouldn't be in that mess! None of this wouldn't happened if he didn't hide his parents wealthy status!" Miki was running trying to escape from the debt collectors on a cramped alley crying and repenting loudly on how her fate is being worst as possible and also being resentful towards Go for not taking her back. "Seems like Miki still make this sounds like Go was the culprit for the worst things happening to her but oh well, that's none of our matters anymore 🙂‍↔️😏" though Sena after heard from Go's colleagues about Miki and how she's having a tough time on current days. Go in other hand expanded his family business to their current town where the services are essentially needed and well, they're spending days busy but all weekends they gather at his new house surrounded by fearsome dogs and both Sena and Go are getting married soon 💍💒 Kudos for SageWolf and Aracelis Gotay for the VA's in today's video, have a great weekend everyone!

Well, seeing those "casual" encounters that the protagonist had with his ex-girlfriend and the end of the story, he came to the conclusion that the ex-girlfriend was literally stalking him and following him since before she knew he was the CEO's son, I don't know why, but I think it's possible that she followed him when she looked at him and this tendency only continued to increase when he reached misfortune xd
