Hey Gary, I sure could of used a brush guard on our Jeep Trailhawk las t October. Had a deer come out of nowhere and hit the left front corner of the Jeep and he flew over us. Oh the damage. Both front quarter panels, the hood,grill, headlight assembly wiring inside engine carpartment, sensors,etc. Over $12,000 damage and 7 weeks at repair shop. The repair shop almost ( should of ) total the car. Now we will have a big hit when we go to sell the car. 😢.

Gary i buy deer whistles for the front of my car I don't have a truck.they really work ive watched how deer react when i come up on them they will stand still in there tracks till i have passed them.they are sold at auto stores like advanced,auto zone or O'Reilly's would be good for the cars.

Where the deer hit me. You can’t get a guard for. lol but you are right. It did cost thousands of dollars to get it fixed. The Lord was watching over us because he hit about an inch away from where my husband was sitting. We felt very blessed. Have fun and thank you for the video.

Great install of guard, helpful information. A black permanent sharpie will take care of bolts. Good thing Cassie found the piece of metal in tire. Hope you two find more turkey eggs. When my husband bought a used truck, I used a matching. Red nail polish to touch it up. I bought a black fridge that had metal screws, I covered them with black nail polish. The polish on the truck stayed for years until we sold it. It’s much cheaper than auto paint.

Cassie put the eggs in your shirt tail, used to women pulled up their apron skirt or shirt tail to carry eggs or garden produce or the apron was just right to wrap around a cold grandchild.

That brush guard looks good.....except it's on a Ford. 😜😂😂😂 Just kidding. There are "lemons" in every brand of vehicles. I don't have a Ford or a Chevy. I have a Nissan Altima that I love. Belle sure is a pretty little calf. Male turkeys are beautiful when they're fanned out.

Hi Gary, that bumper guard looks great. You did a nice job. Now, Do Not Hit anything to test it. You can paint those bolts, not a big deal. All black ! Very cool. Now you have to deal with that nail in the tire. Hope it's just sitting in the indentation and not through the tire. That's time consuming to get to a garage and fix. Duck eggs, Yay! Muffins perfect, let her be. The calves are beautiful, even if they chase the dogs. How cute. Hope Little Bear enjoyed playing with Mazzy on the trampoline. Your garden looks good. Gary the grill guard looks great , unfortunately they were banned in the UK as they don’t meet pedestrian safety standards. I’m pretty sure it’s the same case throughout Europe. I’ve almost hit 🦌 a deer a few times throughout my life but my friend hit one on the motorway and his car was written off . The calf’s are all looking great and it’s great that they get on together. My area used to be farmland more than 40 years ago. And we still have lots of displaced deer. There are times I walk outside to the front yard and get spooked by deer eating my plants. So I plant deer tolerante and others that they can eat. I've come close to hitting a few with my car when they ran out into the road.
