Kendra! Why Rancho Gordo over beans you can buy at store?

For the regular varieties (pinto, black, cannelini, kidney), the store is totally fine! Rancho Gordo is special because they have a lot of really cool heirloom varieties that I've never seen at a regular grocery store (even the co-op didn't have anything super crazy). The royal corona beans are my absolute fave and I've never seen any beans of that size in a regular store.
