Hi again, how is the time of 2 years count? Is it 2 years without entering the USA even as a tourist? How do they control that?

Hi 😀 Yes in general, it is two years in your home country. Time in the US on a tourist visa will not count towards the two-year rule.

@@jessicanorberto6371 Did you return to your home country for two years?
@jessicanorberto6371Ай бұрын
I did. However, I have been coming for long periods to the USA on a tourist visa and got married here. I never overstayed my days here…

Are you referring to the I601a or 601 waiver
@jessicanorberto6371Ай бұрын
I submitted my Fulbright j1 waiver on October 2023. Until today, December 2024, USCIS did not issue i613. Is there any place to get the status of that? To get in touch?
@TheGreenCardLawyerАй бұрын
Its taking 18 months approximately. Check USCIS case status on uscis website.
