Sorry I just use Dezcal occasionally and it workes great

@@drinksunbear I used the same stuff for old Ranchilio Sylvia. It was pretty simple. But Pro X has two boilers and the draining process is not clear. I believe I have to use FS3 and FS4 functions, but it's unclear how.

Nice demo. Thanks. Getting my 1st machine and i have done a ton of research. This is in my top 5 for sure. Just a question. I do alot of entertaining for family. How is the recovery time? Would you see an issue making multiple milk based drinks back to back?

What temperatures did you find to work well for light - dark roast on silvia pro x? Which value do you set your PID at?

That really depends on the coffee. I change it all the time. If I have a super light one I increase the temp by a few degrees and bring it back down if it's more normal

Hi nice video, can the shot turns it self ohf after x amount of time, this so you don't need to manually stop it?

does this machina can be used for a small coffee shop? how Many cups per hour can be done?

In my opinion you could use this just as well as any one group machine. It has the versatility and power in each function. I can't say how many per hour. Not really sure
