One big defining difference between the two is you have to go to college for 6-8 years to become a doctor. Yes,. Rand Paul is a liar of the worst kind, because, as a doctor, we can assume he can understand the damage that the misinformation, the lies he continues to spread are causing us all, his constituents included . Never mind oaths taken, both as a physician and as a politician ... he will still do only what he perceives as beneficial to him, whatever keeps him in that sweet job... that power which no one gives up willingly. So I trust nothing that comes out of Rand's mouth, particularly where it concerns Dr Fauci with whom he seems to have an ongoing feud...especially after he heard Fauci calling him a moron (with good reason). Paul also lacks the moral strength and conviction to stand up to fellow Republicans and speak the truth- unable to break with a morally bankrupt party who's lost its way and concerned only with staying in power. I've supported a Republican candidate on 2 occasions, back before insanity took over the party, before truth and ethics went out the window. Unfortunately, they've lost their soul, as I've lost my capacity to be shocked by anything they do or say.
