I'm starting some more challenge runs today since I finished my no pause, hard mode challenges, so hopefully we'll have some good gimmicky runs uploaded soon!

This is well after the video - but the 'virus engi' quest would have been terrible, wouldn't it? They take your engi at the start, at which point the run would have auto-terminated, before you could finish the outcome (battle and resolution)...

A little late, but the second Zoltan Shield for the Flagship IS the Power Surge. I think it happens after the Flagship launches three laser barrages and then there's no laser barrage, but instead the ZS regains HP.

If you have drone claw, can you let hull repair do it's thing twice, deactivate it, jump, and get the drone back without destroying it?

Yes, nerd zone. Drone recovery arm allows 2 repairs if you jump away, but I believe you have to keep the drone powered when you jump. I know if you let it repair 3 times, you don't get the drone back.

I’ve seen lots of insane ftl runs all over youtube but I think those last 2 minutes of phase 3 put this on top of all the others. World record speed run? Nah sorry you weren’t down to 1 health with one crew member needing 1 more point of damage right when the second Zoltan shield came back up and still managed to clutch it out.

i remember my first win was a lot like that only both of our ships were destroyed at the exact same time and i had one crew in an o2less room locked in with hacking and the rest of my ship was fulled with 6 borders you game was closer then average i guess xd at one point i thought i would die form missles but was able to time the flack just right destroying 2 of the missiles and the last one was doged with my 15%doge because of all my engines dmg the reaming flack finished off the ship after mind control on the enemy pilot the nostalga

You may need to go to the Multiverse Discord to get people to help, but in my experience, the most confusing thing about installing multiverse is the files you have to change in the FTL folder. The mod itself is just like other FTL mods that you install with slipstream mod manager, but there are some files you have to add into the game folder itself. There should be some guides out there that can help better than I can
