I was having a bad day, no money, hungry, no gas, I ended up at a pizza hut. I stepped inside and when the employee approached me I embarrassingly told him I had no money. He said 'order what you want, I'll pay for it.' I ate the best meal ever in my life. I will return to him when I'm in a better place.

unfortunately kindness content is a big trend on social media. they film without consent and use unsuspecting strangers as free actors to tug our heart strings for clicks and views. they set up a crowd fund link so people can donate. then use the donated money to give to others (for more content) like it's coming out of their own pockets. all the videos are monetized and they know how quickly these videos can go viral and anyone who says anyrhing negative is immediately labeled a hater. it's a fool proof business model.

You can! Buy a burger and fries for the next in need. Never mind if they might be scammers you never know who has hard times ptsd etc. Try to do it every time i go mcds . Last weekend my 11 yr old gave his lunch to a vet with a sign. I was so proud. I think he watches these videos. Of course 5 minutes later he asked if he could have a soft serve cone which of course i got him. I do think he got this from these vids, 11 isnt a generous age. And he is dirt poor so heartfelt gesture. If we are to have any hope we need the kids to recognize kindness.

I know I'm just repeating what many have already said but this is just lovely to see. It's uncomplicated compassion and we are all capable of it. You can see she does something nice for a stranger regularly with how comfortable and sincere she is about it. We can all learn from her. As soon as you drop the politics and all the other external factors and just see people as human beings that occasionally need help and how effortless it can be to make a positive impact on someone.
