I'm pretty sure that the code is copy protection. You'd need to obtain a code from the manual to verify that your copy isn't pirated. Also, I doubt that it's made with voxels because the play surface is made of flat planes which would be far more efficient to do with polygons.

I guess "Gleichgewicht" wasn't a good game name, so they opted in to translate it to "Balance" directly. German word's the best tho... Makes you sound like an angry cat spitting hairballs.
