(Mario's weight wasn't changed to 98 until PAL, and Luigi's wasn't changed to 97 until Brawl) 17% times 0.55 is 9.25%, while Pichu is actually 9% 17% times 1.17 is 19.89%, while Bowser is actually 19%

Fun fact about Kirby’s Inhale : in versions 1.0 and 1.1 of Melee, you can cancel Bowser’s neutral B’s startup by landing on the ground really precisely (that’s what we call Flame Cancelling), making it come out on frame 2. Sadly, it was patched in version 1.2 (the one used in competition) and onwards… but, they didn’t fix it for Kirby’s Inhale ! So, if you inhale Bowser and you use his neutral B like you would flame cancel with Bowser, but with Kirby, the neutral-b will get flame canceled and it will come out on frame 2 !
