With that Spirit add-on, if a survivor is outside of your Terror Radius when you start phase, they won’t get directional cues even when you’re close. Edit: hence the easy grab.

@@rainbowskin3379 Yes from what I remember it used to be so if they are outside the terror radius (at the start of the phase), they will hear the wooshing, but not the directional sound, even if you go to them. But I believe now it is the sound for everyone, but when you get close, they hear the directional sound. Maybe I'm thinking of stuff with old spirit? As she has gotten a TON of changes overtime.

With the purple addon for Spirit, the directional phasing noise disappears, that’s why you were able to grab the feng.

It doesn't disappear, it just generates a non-directional phase sound outside of (I think) 24 meters of the phase. So, the person you're phasing to is still able to hear you directionally, but you can confuse non-comms survivors that you're not chasing. I ran a meme stealth build on spirit with it and it was hilarious. So basically, Feng was just not paying attention.

Looks like that Steve was a legit DC, as he didn't have a blood spatter. At the very least he didn't use "Leave Match".

Dark Devotion doesn't seem too bad on Spirit since you had the furin add-on. If you had a yellow speed or duration add-on you could, in theory, hit the obsession and then quickly phase to another location. With furin they won't know where you are and if you come out of phase out of their view they won't hear your terror radius either. So overall not bad. Would probably work better with tinkerer.

I love how the Steve holding his SB when he's been seen and has 25 meters on the killer and then when that fails to avoid the hit, him instantly dropping god pallet when he had HUGE distance and wasn't in any danger, wasn't enough to say "I'M A HUGE NOOB, CHASE ME". i think when you phase outside the survivors terror radius with furin it doesnt trigger the directional audio queue which can lead to grabbing survivors off gens and stuff. happy new year tofu.

So with that Steve DC, there's actually a way to tell if it was intentional or not. Where the DC icon is, if there's blood spatter behind it, then it was on purpose. If there's no blood spatter, the DC was due to a connection issue. I learned that from a friend.

That’s not always foolproof. If the person is injured before a DC the blood is still there regardless of why they DCd

I mean i can see where the steve came from when he disconnected if the killer has an advantage there is no reason to tunnel or camp. I feel like the only truly justifiable time to camp or tunnel should be when the killer is clearly losing or you need to confirm a kill at the end. And if you disagree with this comment then maybe play survivor and tell me how much fun the game is when the killer camps and tunnels when the killer is winning.
