Great video! I was wondering if there is any way of turning the reinforcement material into voids? I'd like to take the inclusion spheres and remove the geometry from the matrix cube. Please let me know if this is possible/ if there is a youtube video on doing so.

Hello.. Thanks for the wonderful explanation. I have a query that...In the lines 97, 98 & 99. .... instead of cartesian coordinates, I would like to specify as polar coordinates for the exclusion? can you please help

Instead of the inclusion material being a fiber or reinforcement material is there a way to make them voids? I would like to take all of the inclusions geometry and remove it from the matrix cube, how would I go about doing this/ is there any youtube videos on doing so?

Mr bro....., what would be python script for adding "imbedded " constraints to this model...because in that model, the result will be more precise in a tensile or compression simulation. And also, what changes should be made to add plastic properties of inclusion and the matrix metals.....these changes will make the simulation more realistic....

Is anyone running into the issue, that the code leaves free edges in vertical line of the sphere? I would love to have suggestions on how to solve it

For anyone being interested, I figured it out. A free edge is an edge that is only part of one face. Abaqus gives you are warning, since this is not good in case you have a 3D part. However, the line that is labelled as free edge does indeed only belong to a single 2D face, namely the semicircle partition that is used to sweep to create the sphere. It is therefore fine to have it and the warning can be ignored.

Suppose I just want to get a cube with many dispersed inclusions, then should I choose the script only till 108th line in your script. Actually, I want to import that cube with many inclusions from python to ABAQUS then I want to do all other operations in Abaqus itself.......e.g. assigning section, partition, steps, meshing, job, run etc....these I want to do in Abaqus....

I would suggest to just go into the cube and delete the parts that you do not want. They are specifically commented. That way, you just create the part
