Here we go 😂 Not too much on RHOBH First, I agree… Garcelle is a great fit for RHOBH (because they’re all actresses-so there’s a connection). They already came for Garcelle when she made mention of Erika being a drunk bitch (not in those words 😂) She just checked their asses and they didn’t have shit to say after she told Erika “we don’t have to be friends.” That shook the girls because they weren’t expecting for Garcelle to not beg for forgiveness from the Fox Force Flunkies 🙄 as a “newbie.” Secondly, I also agree how dangerous it is to “pull the race card.” Season 10-11, when Garcelle called out Kyle, Garcelle was absolutely RIGHT!!! in asking Kyle “Would you have said that to the white women” Reason being, Kyle is covertly problematic. Always has been… she just hasn’t been called out on the platform Examples: Calling a cast member (season 4 I think..) Anti Semitic because the cast mate believed in Wicca --trying to ruin the woman’s reputation/ business. Blatantly throwing microagressions at Garcelle during season 10 by purposely ignoring her during group conversations. (Which we all know is a sneaky way of insuring someone doesn’t get screen time-which will inevitably put a cast mate on the chopping block). And of course recently… the incident with her kids and Kyle and her “husband” laughing and defending the incident .. I won’t even get started on the other ladies… My POINT is Garcelle doesn’t bring it up enough.. if you ask me. Overall, It’s a race and a class issue. They see Garcelle as an actress that doesn’t have “mainstream appeal” and her only proximity to whiteness is her ex and their kids. Which, in their eyes, make her less than…. But they can’t say it. Let’s not forget when all the ladies (with exception of Garcelle), it was revealed on Reunion, that they have a separate group chat without her in it. That’s when it was brought up that Lisa Rinna said “This is not that kind of show… Garcelle shouldn’t bring race up.” Mind you Garcelle and Lisa were friends 10-20+ years prior to the show….Why would a “friend” say that. I hate how you used to go up for Lisa Rinna 😂😂😂 because she is a menace (not in a fun way) From sending LVP a pic on her birthday of a pill cake after LVP brother unalived him self. To how she did Denise because she was mad about how much she was getting paid to do the show How she switched up on Garcelle And the relentless bullying (even though they’re adults) of Sutton to the point of harressment LR is no Kiki🤮🤢 To your point, the only question that Bravo needs to answer is: why not stick to authenticity in these friend groups? Meaning, it’s okay to have all white, all Black, all Asian … etc casts. It doesn’t always have to be multiracial if it’s not authentic to the characters in the group. Bravo is trying to meet their diversity quota, and it’s failing. The producers need to start looking at these ladies friend group (outside the show-when the cameras aren’t on) and work around that. Kinda how they did with Sutton and brought her friend Jennifer Tilly Sorry (not sorry 🤭) sooo long… But just like RHOA is your girls and you be ready to tussel… I be feeling about the BH girls 😂 LOVE your content Rodney keeps me happy 😊 🩷🩵💚

Garcelle is amazing on RHOBH I have never and still don't see it for Lisa the racist Rinna I don't think Garcelle pulls the race card I think she actually tries her best not to bring race up but sometimes she is forced to because these ladies try to play in her face I think if any of the ladies feel like they can't feud with Garcelle because they don't want to be called racist, they are telling on themselves Garcelle has feuded with Teddi and Erika and they haven't been called racist. Cousin, Now I need to tug on your cap regarding Garcelle. The problem with racist statements or behaviors is there is no letting one instance pass. If black people need to be on their p’s and q’s around white people, then white people need to have the same standards regarding black people. Some white people have a really bad habit of pretending they are not aware they saying racist ish. I do not see an issue with calling out white people problematic racist comments or behavior no matter how insignificant. Stop that ish immediately is how I handle these situations.

To be honest, I...feel like Garcelle doesn't pull the race card enough! I'll give you the charity thing with Kyle, but after that, there have been many instances when she could have gone there but didn't (to the frustration of black viewers) For instance when she was crying, and said "it's not about race." I don't even think she brought up race when Erika yelled at her son! This past season in my opinion was the first time I really saw Garcelle call a thing a thing with Dorit and then at that reunion with Diana. Garcelle doesn't pull the race card, the fans do, (and most of the time rightfully so). Dorit has called her a bully, Rinna pops her neck, and oh yeah remember when Erika said "if you guys want to see fighting watch Atlanta or Potomac"??? If every time you address a woman of color and a microagression comes out of your mouth, that's not Garcelle's problem! Don't know if anyone watched the last season of RHOD, but this is what was happening to Dr. Tiffany-Moon, an Asian woman. You know what the girls could easily tussle with Garcelle over?? the FASHIONS!

Im bias as I absolutely love Garcelle and Sutton. I can not stand Lisa. I think Kyle is the biggest person that throws a Brick and hide her hand. Garcelle was fighting them left and right season 11. She let a lot slide for the betterment of the group. If she feels as though they coming for her in a Racist way she better lay they sessa out. I hope its the Kyle take down season. Eboni definitely wasn’t a good fit in that version of Rhony, but neither was Leah Mcsweeney, in my opinion. Leah stayed going back and forth with Romona over generational differences. Why would they cast them with those older women?! To me the casting department ruined Rhony.

I used to love RHONY but even if Eboni never showed up, the show was on it's last legs. Eboni was terrible casting, BUT look at RHONY legacy ultimate girls trip-Eboni wasn't there and NOBODY watched or cared except the most die-hard fans. It was the most boring Real Housewife show that's been on in years-only so much you can do with getting drunk every episode and LuAnn touring with her cabaret. They had nothing left to give and DEF not enough for multi-episode seasons with a reunion

Plain and simple I will say it like this, Lisa Rinna saying she’s scared to beef with someone black because she doesn’t want to be labeled “racist” was all I needed to know about her. She was absolutely TERRIFIED of the conversation because she knows her behind is not knowledgeable enough and does not care enough to even learn. She wanted Garcelle to cater to her white feelings and Garcelle said no as we all should to anyone who has the audacity to do such. Most non-racist people are not afraid to have conversations about micro aggressions, inequalities, social constructs or any other topic regarding race or treatment of blacks in general. To say you don’t want to be labeled racist but continued to isolate the only black woman y’all hang with, laugh when her child is disrespected, and label her as aggressive when she’s not at all is going to trigger the race card claims, Garcelle was just already game to their antics. I believe she’s still to nice to these women but it’s still a tv show and she’s a grown woman who has to make those decisions on her own.

I’m here for Garcelle. We have to realize that Garcelle came into a group of white women and she didn’t have any allies. Garcelle checked them from the gate. There isn’t a problem with them tugging on her wig. It’s when they go after Garcelle their slips starts showing and Garcelle calls there azz out. Kyle was full of shii bringing up Garcelle’s check not making it to her charity & Garcellle called her out rightfully so. I do feel like the audience pulls tht race card more than Garcelle in my opinion. And I will also say that the topic of race will eventually come up when a person comes into a group that is majority one race and they are another, especially when race has never been addressed before. I think that Garcelle invokes racism a little inconsistently. For example, I can’t stand Anne Marie, but she was right about how Garcelle said nothing when Sutton was using a micro aggression against her lol OR when she insinuated that Crystal was playing the race card against Sutton. Like are you kidding? She kinda acts like it’s only real when it affects her and that bothers me so much. I do believe the cast is too precious with Garcelle and same with Mary on RHOSLC. It’s the micro aggression of folks being too passive because they’re afraid of triggering the “angry black woman”. We’re adults let’s play ball, but the cast knows the audience will pounce on any perceived slight. Sutton is the only one who will genuinely engage with Garcelle. There’s a clear disconnect, all her other connections are surface level, at best.

Cousin, I rarely disagree with you, but I look at this differently. G's issues comes across as educational-- which is part of what we watch housewives for. Ppl in rural areas and other countries-- who do not realize that Blacks are profiled in restaurants, etc (anything involving us paying money), need to know. How do we expect ppl to understand our stories in a way that matters to ppl who are never around POC in social situations if we never tell our stories? They came after G with her son. G did not harp on race. It was, "this is about my son". If a Black woman had said what Crystal said, it would've been-- off with her head! Crystal was Blount! No Vaseline. G. tries to explain the background and be soft with her delivery. I wanted G to address ICE going after Haitian immigrants with whips on horses. In real life. She didn't. To me, that would've been out of line to mention, even though I wanted it mentioned. Maybe bc in college (50,000 students and less than 1% was Black) my main friend group was 3 White girls and 2 gay White guys. We promised up front to be honest if something was said out of pocket about Blacks, Gays or Women. We did and it strengthened our friendships. Those of us with real friendships with ppl of other races have to check them sometimes. That's real life. Just My Opinion.

I really hate that Crystal lost her voice after that, she kind of shrank, I think she realized it would be too big of a battle especially since no one had her back…Garcelle especially, being the only other minority on the show. It would have been too heavy a burden to carry
