Oh wow, the base you came across at 5:42 is actually my old town! I was the only one in it, so it was pretty much just a personal protected claim for me. I managed to track down the world file so I'm going to explore it again for myself now. Thank you for the video.

while i never played on broncin, a lot of it is still familiar to me from other minecraft servers... so many i played on shut down after just a few months, but one my brother and i played on managed to last about a year or so, RIP Cauldron Universe

I never played on Broncin City (or heard of it, although I do remember you talking about it during a recording session, I think), but it reminds me a bit of the servers I used to play on, including my own in 2017. Building on plots on Prison servers (instead of progressing) and roleplaying on my old rp server, that was the era I actively played Minecraft rather than mostly just watching YT vids about it and rarely playing it. Also, I personally love this style of longer and less scripted video. I enjoyed it a lot!

yo honestly this should really be more popular, this video was really cool and it's always fun to take a trip down memory lane, even if it's another person and i don't have the memories myself. back in the day i never really played on any public minecraft servers but my family would play minecraft together a lot, especially on this one server where we had a huge tower and stuff, it was really fun

i really suck at making good thumbnails/titles, big part of youtube is marketing and it's hard! Will be changing up the title and thumbnail to see if i can have better luck, but at the end of the day it was a lot of fun making it regardless I'm glad you enjoyed the video :)

I thought you would explore Brocin city itself, back at that time I played minecraft console edition and there wasnt servers, but I had a some what of a similar experience to yours when I found some old worlds on my ps3, seeing old builds and names I hadnt seen in ages, back then we never ever thought these days would come to an end xd

I was originally intending too, but it sorta became a nostalgia trip of old towns haha. I'll probably make a follow up video at some point going through the actual city, there's a bunch of cool stuff especially underground! And yeah, you never realize you're living in the "good ol' days" until you have the hindsight to look back

I havent read Spookireland Bronsins story. lmao there are certainly some interesting books on the server. I remember finding some by reddeadkid when I was younger and they were quite the reads. Another by Spookireland was incredibly racist. Things I love by 333rayray333 or a copy of it was in my collection so I remember it. quite funny tbh omf = Omicron Mob Farm/Grinder My noisy house XD Ya Helsinki used to have a mod/admin town so there was bedrock under most of the town. Allot of people couldn't have basements because of it but mine was on the edge of town so I could. Vilvet built the roads, townhall and sugarcane farm of helsinki iirc, he was the mayor. I was assistant and hollowed out an area under town hall. I think that mightve been your house though, you probably left to make bunker town. The place at 16:00, back in creeper city days there was a massive cactus farm under it. The town across the bridge is creeper city, it was the first town I joined aswell. Thurresson33 or Thurresson32 was the griefer. They were assistant or co-mayor. I remember it well. I also remember building the netherbrick farm area. Great video! sorry if this is a messy comment.

@@RandomSageless iv not played on one before but based on how you destcribed in the video how peopel worked there way up sounded intresting i probly would have tried very hard to work my way up i sorta have a roleplay aspect on my own servers when i run them but they are not like this one they are just basicly old stuyle smps from like 2013 and such but with roleplay

@@RandomSagelessIt’s a “sequel” to their unique take on the prison gamemode, you’re basically free, you’re in a town and you start as a newly released, you can be a law abiding citizen, a criminal or a police officer. And of course you can rent apartments and houses, it’s extremely in depth and cool, the gamemode is kind of dead. (Yes there are some pvp zones in a ghetto and mines) Search up the server it’s called “Freakyville”

Criminals can rob places, the cops arrest them, you can rank up to a “newly moved” and a “citizen” each weekend the people vote on a real person to become mayor, the mayor can spend money to make the metro free for example, or he can be selfish and give himself a new car!
