Randy Hansen is so bad ass to go see live. Incredible how much he sounds like Jimi, even talking with him after the show he has Jimi's mannerisms and everything. A very kind humble person. My 4 year old daughter was scared and crying at his show and he came up and gave her a guitar pick while he was playing Hey Joe and completely turned her around. Bass Player too, super cool guy. We drove 5 hours and camped out to see him and I would do it again in a heart beat.

he replicates the entire synthesiser track using guitar and wah etc plus he sings the vocal part and covers accurately the solo's for 'wont get fooled again.'..awesome, kudos....man I am a huge fan of Randy Hansen....by the way he did the guitar soundtrack for 'apocalypse now' ...this guy really inspires musicians to never say never

Saw Randy first time Roxy Theatre, Sunset Strip, 1978...lots of rumors about this kid from Seattle playin Jimi's music, he fucking tore the roof off this baddest (and snobbiest) of LA venues...seen him a thousand times since...INCREDIBLE feel for Hendrix, straight up...GO SEE HIM IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
