Thanks Randy for keeping the greatest guitarist, song and music alive and Noel and Mitch. You and the band do justice to the legend. you have a brilliant band as well. Fantastic players.

Never in my life thought I'd see someone grab Hendrix and bring it in a new direction and pull it off. Cheers sir. At 5:00 mark, I fell outta my chair.

There´s the very only one Jimi, but this guy is rockin´. I think even Hendrix would appreciate the sound and effort. As he said. "keep on groovin´!"

Each guy in the band is equally important to the output of the sound of the band. They really play well as a group.

jimi's estate has taken all of Hendrix's original final cut recordings from utube. but Hansen is probably the best Hendrix tribute around. he's got jimi's tone spot on.. but being the closest tribute artist to H is like galaxies away from the real thing.

@@enricocavasino3642 Actually any Cowbell would be nice! Kinda messes with the groove not to have it in this tune. Randy kills as usual!

Folks, obviously Jimi is no longer with us. Yes, he wrote this music and we all know how great he was. But he's not playing live anymore. We should all be grateful that Randy has devoted his life to duplicating the man and his music (And damn! he does a fantastic job) so that we all can experience the closest thing possible to Jimi being alive. Thank you Randy!

@swampdawg1000 dude this is hansen. his guitar playing is amazing. if you could play like this when you were 17 then you wouldnt be making comments on youtube about your self proclaimed skill, and instead you'd probably be in a real band

There would be no Randy Hansen without Jimi Hendrix. He is imitating, not creating. Jimi would blow him off the stage and smile while doing it. Anyone who thinks Randy is better than Jimi should get a grip, 'cuz there was and ever will be only ONE Jimi Hendrix. Randy does a tremendous job as a tribute to Hendrix; the playing is authentic and passionate, but please, child. No comparisons.

Tommy Katona and Texas Flood would blow Mr Hansen and his band off the stage. Tommy Katona is the best undiscovered guitar player in the world. The current videos of Tommy and Texas Flood aren't an accurate representation of how good they all are.
