Saw Randy many times. Actually spent some time with him at some of the smaller clubs he played. Great dude. Best show here in Philadelphia had to be the Tower theater. Something about a few thousand people all digging it together was just the best. He also did 1983. A Merman I should turn to be. Real cool live version. I guess as music gets crappier and crappier. The demand for great music has gone down. What a drag

Actually have my ad for a local show Randy signed years ago still hanging on the wall. He’s been at this for so long. Have my Original record still. I liked his solo stuff. Bit what are you going to do. You sing and play Hendrix like that for people. That’s all there going to want to hear. I remember tunes he played at some live shows never made it to another record. Anyway. Yes. I’m a Randy Hansen fan. As of course I guess you first have to be a Jimi fan. And I’m a Mahogany Rush fan. Guess Marino’s will to play for people is gone. That’s a drag!
