there's nothing wrong with emulating your idol thus keeping his spirit and message alive for other people to enjoy. he's doing what he loves and other people love him for it. music is about expressing your soul.

The fact that he is actually LOOKING almost as Jimi, the fact that he is PLAYING exactly as Jimi, the fact that his VOICE is like Jimi's with a small difference, and the last one, the fact that he is FROM Seattle :P Best Jimi Hendrix tribute guy in the world!

I knew Randy back in the early 70's. Saw him at the Paramount in Seattle in 78 I think it was. One of the best shows ever.

I read that Earl Hendrix went to see Hanson play and stepped into the elevator on his way to the dressing rooms meeting Hanson unexpectently. He paused for a moment and finally said, "Hi Jimi, how've you been"

Dude this is sick. Great cover and really good jam. If there is any person to emulate on the guitar, Jimi is the one, and you nail it. Kudos.

sorry, but nobody should devote their life trying to imitate someone else's. successful music is all about originality. that's what made hendrix famous.
