Randy and Robin Howell are both class acts. After retiring from a 30+ year Law Enforcement career, I worked at Bass Pro Shops, in the fishing department for about four years. Randy and Robin came to our Spring Fishing Classic for two or three of those years. They treated us, the staff like they had known us all their lives, customers too. There were other pro's that cycled through, but none were as gracious as the Howell's. I wish that Randy would return to B.A.S.S.

I can testify every movement of Randy Howard classic win, my son and I follow him the entire week and witness his catching and once I saw Gunterville on the schedule I immediately traded my 150 Yamaha to Legends 250 Yamaha sho so we could keep up with Randy on the lake Lol thank you Randy for letting my son take a picture with you and your classic trophy

I’m 57 years old and back when Randy was 16 years old a man who was a sponsor of myself fishing some federation tournament’s and club tournaments paid Randy to take his son and I out on Gaston lake (I think I actually beat him from the back of the boat that day lol) but we want tell ha. I’ve been a huge fan of Randy’s ever since and his faith in God his humility and love for others is apparent from the first time you see or meet him and though I’m quite a bit older he is a true hero of mine and I’m so proud to have gotten to fish with him that day.

Meet Randy in 1998, he was pre-fishing for the top 100 at New Bern, NC. He asked if he could test drive my TR 18 and we went for a ride. He is a fine young man. He still makes North Carolina proud.
