I’m from West Virginia, and I’ve watched Randy play since he was a sophomore in high school. He won the 100 & 200 meter at states as a freshman & sophomore. He was the player of the year in basketball as a junior and senior. He was the kicker, punter, punt returner, kick returner, wide receiver, & db. He really could do it all. Generational talent.

The '98 Vikings season was the most fun I've ever had watching sports...and I'm a 🏀⚾🏈 whackjob. We could've had the SuperBowl that year, but it wasn't meant to be cause of a 20sumthin yard field goal...crazy thing is the kicker was LITERALLY PERFECT all season, and then bricks a silly lil chip-shot to end a glorious season!!! In Green Bay everyone remembers Moss's rookie year. He tormented us. We all thought his catches were kind of lucky - didn't want to give him credit because he made it look so easy. that '98 Vikings Offense was already loaded, but then they drafted Randy Moss when so many other teams including the Cowboys passed on him. Randy had a huge chip on his shoulder going nto his rookie season to prove all the doubters wrong and ended up becoming one of the most popular players in the league by year's end. I remember in '98 Moss jerseys were selling everywhere. I watched that game in Dallas with my parents and I have never seen one player do what Moss did that day. He touched the football 3 times and scored a TD every time. That's why he was so feared for his whole career, no one ever truly had an answer for him.
