Sad how he couldn’t make it in Hollywood at the time, when there was that big strike going on. He just had super Hollywood stardom written all over him. I deplore porn of any type, but I don’t have a problem giving credit where credit’s due. His acting definitely stands out from the rest, although I think a really good director would have had him curb just a little of his facial expressions. Just as a music producer is everything to draw out the best of my soul, so I do believe film directors should be. Unfortunately, not everyone is able to find that kind of person and a lot of talent can remain hidden. I had never heard of Randy Spears until just today when he appeared in another video. ( not a porn). On the subject of being in adult films, he advises others to do anything else before pursuing a career in porn. He seems like a nice guy. People forget that porn in the late 80's and 90's especially actually had some interesting plot driven movies, some good acting and were made by some people who gave a damn about what they were shooting. Ashlyn Gere is another case in point. She should have prospered into a mainstream career too.
