He had a major stroke in 2013. This means he had a very big blood clot in the main vein in the neck. This means blood wasn’t getting into Randy’s head and brain. When the brain doesn’t get enough blood it starts to die. Randy also had double pneumonia. This prevents the lungs from working properly. Randy also had cardiomyopathy. This meant his heart was shutting down. Which means if Randy wasn’t rushed into hospital he would have had a cardiac arrest which means his heart would stop beating and Randy would have died. Randy uses a wheelchair as the signals to the brain which control movement weren’t getting to Randy’s brain because of the stroke. I hope this explains things much better.
