My driver side side step will go back in when locked then come out again and stay there, yet the passenger side works as it should, any suggestions?

Hi, sorry for the delayed response. Unfortunatly these side steps are tempermental, i used to keep mine well lubricated and they were fine, but i hear lots of stories from people that have issues. Keeping them oiled and cleaned seems to help but doesn't stop the problems.

@@agentbarnesgb Thank you for the reply, in terms of keeping it well lubricated how and what would you suggest?

I used to soak mine in WD40 every now and then, but I think other people have mentioned copper grease spray as it doesn’t wash off so easily
